Mounted cycle wings and wrapped exhaust manifold and put on the very shiny stainless steel exhaust heat shield.
1. Heat wrapped the exhaust manifold. About 2 hours work...
2. Drilled holes for the front wings and temporarily mounted them just to see what it looked like (nice!)
3. Here's the screws. Counter sunk, stainless and with a spacer underneath so it sits nice without sticking up and looking "kit-car-ish".
4. First coat of underbody black goo. It dries and becomes like a hard(ish) rubber seal that will prevent stones from underneath chipping the top gelcoat (hopefully). The parts where it's not on, is where the stays of the brackets are. This way, the 2-3mm underbody coating layer won't raise the wing up by that distance.
