Intake tubing taking shape and fitting of aero-screen wind deflector
1. Intake tubing before I ground the weld beads down. They look ugly but it took me a days work to get to this point. The bends have to be very precise as there is a very tight space into which they have to fit.

2. After grinding
3. The finished items. Now all that's left is giving them a coat of paint so they won't rust.
4. Aero-screen has arrived. I just taped the clear perspex part so I won't scratch it by mistake.
5. First trial fit just to see what it looks like.
6. Taped up the spots where the bolts would end up and made inital measurements and then put it on, marked up again and drilled the holes.
7. First guess (the circle) wasn't too far off.
8. Side holes were a right PITA to get to the right position, so unfortunately, one side looked like this. It won't show later on, but it hurts just to know it's there.
9. Finished the holes, put some piping on the leading edge and screwed everything into place.
10. Looks very nice.
11. I like it. I wonder if there's anything I can put so I don't have to look into that space on top of the scuttle all the time?
