Water and oil coolant system completed and in place.

1. Cool blue anodised aluminium stuff arrives for the oil cooling system.

2. This is what I will fabricate the water cooling piping out of - copper pipes and rubber tubing.

3. Mounted radiator.

4. Mounted fan that I got from scrapyard (comes from an Audi A4).

6. Radiator fan in position. May need some shrouding to work well but I won't make that until I know it needs it.

7. Fuel tubing in place and torque strap for the engine in place. Have also mounted the coolant expansion tank (comes from a Seat 1.6l)

8. Water coolant piping in place and oil coolant placed in the right position, awaiting fastening.

8. Oil cooler in place.

9. Oil cooler mount passenger side. Have to allow some movement of both chassis and oil cooler and there's nothing better than reasonably solid mounts and rubber donuts.

10. Drivers side of oil cooler mounting bracket.

11. Oil filter and mount in place as well as all the tubing. Big radiuses on the lines so they don't pinch and reduce the flow.
